A.Yes, we provide free cost of samples but the courier charge shall be paid by new customer. For old customers we provide free sample and courier costs.
Q.What is your delivery time if I place an order
A.Normally it will be 15-20days upon confirmation for a new production order.
Q.If I order from you and found the quality is not good, so what to do
A.We will confirm the packing, quality and price with customer before order, and wehave professional QC team to make sure the quality as same as customer requirement to avoid the problem. If prove the to be our problem, we will discuss with customer for a resolution
